Abby Dizon

Abby Dizon is a skilled Multifamily Asset Manager at Sobrato, where she oversees a diverse portfolio across the Pacific Northwest, including Oregon and Washington, as well as several properties located in Northern California and Southern California. In her role, Abby is dedicated to optimizing asset performance and ensuring the long-term success of multifamily investments within her regions.

Prior to joining Sobrato, Abby served as the Director of Community Management for Essex Property Trust, where she gained extensive experience in managing multifamily communities and enhancing resident satisfaction. She has been deeply involved in the industry, including her past service on the Board of Directors for the Housing Industry Foundation (HIF). During her tenure at HIF, she played a key role with initiatives to increase board engagement, and participated in the renovation of a community facility in need.

Born and raised in Northern California, Abby grew up in the East Bay and San Francisco, which has shaped her appreciation for the region's diverse communities. Married for 15 years, she is a proud mother of two teenagers. In her free time, Abby enjoys outdoor activities such as snowboarding and paddle boarding, and she loves to cook whenever her schedule allows.

With a strong background in multifamily asset management and a passion for community engagement, Abby is committed to driving success and creating value within Sobrato Real Estate’s multifamily portfolio.
