Arby Mariano

Arby Mariano serves as Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Analyst for TSO, where he plays a pivotal role within the broader Strategy & Influence team, bolstering the organization's ME&L functions. With a focus on enhancing Sobrato Philanthropy's data analysis capabilities across various giving areas, Arby supports ongoing evaluation processes, maintains, and updates existing Tableau dashboards, while also innovating new visualizations to drive insights.

Before joining TSO, Arby was Manager of Impact Insights at AnitaB.org and Research Associate at NetPop Research, where he honed his skills in data analysis and research methodologies.

Arby holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Natural Sciences Education from the University of California, Merced, reflecting his interdisciplinary approach to understanding human behavior and social dynamics.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Arby finds joy in activities such as long runs and power yoga, nurturing both physical and mental well-being. He is deeply committed to giving back to his community, dedicating his time as a volunteer tutor with Reading Partners since 2021, where he provides invaluable reading support to elementary students. Additionally, Arby serves on the Reading Partners Young Professionals Board, furthering his commitment to educational equity and community empowerment.
