Jabil Circuit Inc. leases Sobrato building in South San Jose

Jabil’s lease brings the Sobrato’s Valley Oak Corporate Center, a five-building, 433,000-square-foot campus on Via del Oro and San Ignancio, to full occupancy, said Chase Lyman, director of commercial real estate for Sobrato. Other tenants in the complex include Motorola, Northrup Grumman, and an affiliate of Toshiba Corp.
