Bhagyashree RaoRane

Bhagyashree RaoRane joins TSO as an Executive Business Partner, where she will play a pivotal role in fostering collaboration and providing high-level support to the Executive Leadership Team. Her responsibilities include overseeing project management, systems development, and ensuring seamless coordination across various divisions as the organization continues to grow and evolve.

Prior to this role, Bhagyashree served as Executive Assistant to the COO and Head of Investor Relations at Pantera Capital. She brings a wealth of experience from her 13-year career as a documentary filmmaker, with her films showcased on prominent platforms like Netflix, PBS, and Al Jazeera English.

Born in Kenya and raised in India and Oman, Bhagyashree brings a rich global perspective to her work. She holds a degree in Economics with a minor in Theater from Smith College in the U.S.

Now based in San Jose, Bhagyashree resides with her husband John, their two children, Anjali and Amal, and their two dogs, Atticus and Gracie. In her free time, she enjoys reading, painting, singing, and spending time with her family. She is also an avid traveler, always eager to explore new places.
