Eric VanDusen

Eric VanDusen joined The Sobrato Organization in 2013. As Vice President of Residential Construction, he manages pre-construction and construction of multi-family projects. He is responsible for supporting and supervising all on-site construction and land development, including budget, scheduling, quality assurance and safety and for ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and relevant building codes.

Prior to TSO, Eric was Director of Construction for KB Home High Density South Bay, as well as other general contractors such as Devcon Construction Inc., Irvine Apartment Communities, and Trammel Crow Residential, building residential housing throughout the Bay Area. Eric attended college at the University of Colorado, Boulder majoring in Economics.
