Eric VanDusen

Eric VanDusen joined The Sobrato Organization in 2013. As Senior Project Manager, he manages new residential, high-density projects starting with pre-construction budgeting and plan development. He then contracts subcontractors for the project and manages the construction and staff through full completion of the project.

Prior to TSO, Eric was Director of Construction for KB Home High Density South Bay, as well as other general contractors such as Devcon Construction Inc., Irvine Apartment Communities, and Trammel Crow Residential, building residential housing throughout the Bay Area. Eric attended college at the University of Colorado, Boulder majoring in Economics.
