As Philanthropy Partner, Evelyn Robinson is responsible for building relationships, delivering a highly relevant and engaged partner experience, cultivating new partners, and program delivery to advance a holistic, multi-generational economic mobility approach. She works with colleagues across Sobrato Philanthropies to ensure effective and efficient planning, community engagement, communications, event management, and grantmaking while centering equity and community voice in all she does.

Prior to joining the Sobrato organization, Evelyn held several positions within the the Stepping Stones Group, a nationwide special education staffing and recruitment firm. Her primary and most recent responsibility with the group was as Office and Contracts Manager. Her duties included oversight of the group’s vendor and client contracts, day to day office operations and as a liaison for the company’s off-site speech, physical, occupational therapists and special education teachers.

In addition, Evelyn brings to the table years of non-profit experience with the Tech Museum as Manager of Guest Admissions and Museum Store and the San Jose Museum of Art as Development Associate providing administrative and operational support for the Grants, Membership and Special Events teams.
