Grant Shimabukuro

Grant Shimabukuro joined The Sobrato Organization in 2014. As Asset Manager, he is responsible for maximizing property performance through planning and execution of asset-level strategies, major capital projects, and oversight of third-party property management on a portion of TSO’s 6,500 unit apartment portfolio. Prior to joining TSO, Grant spent three years as a Regional Property Manager at JKL Corporation. 

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside.
