Ixora Aristigueta-Becerra is the Director of Talent Management, where she plays a pivotal role in overseeing performance management, learning and development, employee engagement, and the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to staff development and offboarding. She is also deeply involved in advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
Ixora brings over 23 years of HR experience across the non-profit, philanthropy, and healthcare sectors. Her previous roles include significant tenures at the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation, CARE, and the Center for the Visually Impaired in Atlanta. Currently, she is pursuing a BSBA in Human Resources from Western Governors University and is certified as an HR professional (SHRM-CP) by the Society of Human Resources Management.
Originally from Venezuela and having lived in South Florida and Atlanta before settling in California, Ixora enjoys a vibrant personal life with her husband of 23 years, their three children, four cats, and two dogs. An avid traveler, she explores a new destination annually and delights in cooking with her family, as well as outdoor activities like hiking, biking, and beach outings. Soccer is a beloved family sport, and they are eagerly planning to attend the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Ixora also has a passion for coffee, having perfected the art of brewing a strong, aromatic cup to start her day.
