Kate Wilkinson

Kate Wilkinson is the Vice President of Strategy and Integration at TSO, where she drives the company’s strategic vision by leading both annual and multi-year planning cycles. In this role, she collaborates closely with senior leadership to design an integrated operating model, ensuring the successful execution of TSO's strategy. Kate also oversees the organization’s performance scorecard, providing clarity of purpose, accountability, and unified direction.

Prior to joining TSO full-time, Kate was a consultant specializing in strategy and performance planning. She spent eight years as a partner at Open Impact and has held leadership roles, including Executive Director at a family foundation and Program Officer at the Skoll Global Threats Fund.

Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Connecticut and a Master of Arts from Columbia University. Outside of work, she is a dedicated mother who enjoys camping with her ten-year-old.
