Lisa Giblin

Lisa Giblin serves as Vice President of Communications at The Sobrato Organization, where she spearheads the development and implementation of robust communication strategies. With a focus on advancing the organization’s mission of fostering equity and sustainability through business and philanthropic leadership, Lisa strategically shapes TSO’s brand narrative, safeguards its reputation, and fosters meaningful engagement with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, partners, and the media. Her role also entails crafting compelling narratives that spotlight TSO’s progress towards its goals.

Before joining TSO, Lisa held prominent roles such as Vice President of Employee Communications at HP, with extensive experience at VMware and Cisco. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Media Studies from Northwestern University and actively contributes to the community as a board member of the Young Men’s Service League.

Lisa’s career has been enriched by international experiences, having lived in London and studied abroad in England and Scotland. Originally from Champaign, Illinois, she now resides in the Bay Area with her husband and three children, whom she treasures spending time with.
