Patricia Montes Pate

Patricia Montes Pate has been a SEAL Trainer since 2013, having worked in education for more than 15 years—as a Spanish bilingual elementary teacher in the Santa Clara Unified School District, a university supervisor for the Stanford Teacher Education Program, and a Project GLAD Trainer. Over her career Ms. Pate has worked with hundreds of teachers, providing professional development and classroom support. She specializes in curriculum design, and holds a Master of Arts in Education, Administration & Supervision from San Jose State University.
