Shelle Barnes

Shelle Barnes joined The Sobrato Organization in 2018. As Property Manager for the Mid-Peninsula and East Bay commercial portfolios, her responsibilities include managing operating budgets and expenses, overseeing capital projects, maintaining property values, and developing positive tenant relations.

Shelle was previously with Hines for 10 years. She holds an MBA and a Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation and serves as president of the Ardenwood Technology Park Owners Association.
